The Feldenkrais® Method
The Feldenkrais® Method is an educational approach to movement and awareness developed by Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais. Rather than correction or stretching, it uses gentle movement and attention to help the nervous system discover more efficient movement patterns.
The method connects movement to how we feel, think, and respond to life. Small changes, explored with curiosity, can produce significant results over time.
Awareness Through Movement®
Group classes with verbal guidance, where participants explore gentle movement sequences at their own pace.
Functional Integration®
One-on-one sessions where clothed clients receive touch, movement, and verbal instruction to support improved organization, comfort, and awareness.
Sessions emphasize curiosity rather than effort. Slow, gentle movements are designed to be calming, supportive, and accessible to a wide range of bodies and abilities.
