Targeted Treatment Goals

Precision Release

Precision Release is an integrative, fascia-focused manual approach developed through years of clinical experience. It draws from multiple disciplines — including movement science and somatic education — combining targeted contact with responsive listening and adaptability rather than relying on any single technique.

Informed by training in Active Release Technique®, Myofascial Release, and the Feldenkrais® Method, the work focuses on improved mobility and coordinated, comfortable movement.

Active Release Technique® (ART®)

ART® is a specialized, movement-based approach that combines manual contact with active and passive movement. It targets muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves, and is especially effective for repetitive overuse, strain, and injury-related conditions arising from sports, computer work, and physical labor.

Sessions are typically shorter and often structured as a brief series.

Myofascial Release (MFR)

MFR is a hands-on, fascia-focused approach using sustained, gentle pressure without lubricants. Rather than isolating symptoms, it addresses interconnected tissue patterns throughout the body. It can be beneficial for chronic tension and movement limitations related to stress or injury, with treatment frequency tailored to individual needs.
